Amazon Cleaning COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
Amazon Cleaning is taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously, prioritizing the health and benefit of our clients, our employees, and our community. Furthermore, we’ve adapted and enhanced our cleaning services to tackle the special challenges COVID-19 presents to our process and your home. Our staff has been trained to deploy these new techniques and take several levels of special precautions so that we can do our part to keep our community as healthy as possible during this tough and unprecedented time.
It is our primary business priority to keep our staff healthy and safe, and this directly relates to our primary priority of keeping our clients safe. We have informed and trained for our employees on our strict COVID-19 policies and guidelines, and ask that our clients respect and comply with our following policies and guidelines:
- We provide paid sick leave for all employees who are feeling poorly
- For staff scheduling; we ensure no mixing of staff who are or have felt poorly or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
- Our cleaning staff disinfects before any entry into clients homes
- Our staff takes extra hand-washing precautions between all cleaning tasks
- Masks or face coverings are mandatory for all staff members at all times
- We disinfect all company equipment, vehicles, and employee personal items daily using hospital-grade disinfectants
- Our microfiber cleaning cloths will only be used on one surface per room and are double-wash sterilized every evening
