This maid service company is outstanding! We have been customers twice a month for nearly two years and every house cleaning is consistently exceptional. The communication has been excellent, from reminders to schedule changes. They seem to have very low turnover with their crews, which is really nice. Their cleaning is so thorough that it stands up to a “white glove” test. Just a quality company all around.

It’s been a pleasure working with Amazon Cleaning! When we first signed up for monthly cleanings, we did a walk through with an Amazon staff person to talk about our preferences. They worked with us to adjust the price because there were two rooms that we rarely use and didn’t need cleaned. The office staff is very responsive and it’s easy to adjust cleanings in the case of schedule conflicts. Our cleaning crew is also great! They do a wonderful job and we’ve never had any complaints. It’s surprising how much cleaner the house is when they clean!
