That we are the only company on site during the scheduled job time.
The water and electricity are turned on for the cleaning crew.
Please make sure to notify if there any additional appliances or kitchens in your home as they will not be included in the cleaning unless noted and quoted.
Please note*: Interior window cleaning consists of cleaning interior glass without opening windows and using only a 2 foot step ladder. We cannot clean window tracks. If you are looking for a professional window cleaning service. Please let us know and we can refer you to one.
Please note*: We will use 2 foot step stool and clean as high as we can reach without risking injury.

Please note*: At the time of the inspection, the customer is required to do a thorough inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the job is considered final. There are no refunds.
