Our regular house cleaning service provides for a lot of flexibility and customization for our valued clients. In addition, we are able to free up a light of time for our clients by taking away the dreary task of house cleaning, allowing more time for leisure.
By sending the same two-person team, we are able to familiarize ourselves with your home and rapidly master the learning curve as each home is different. Almost all of our crews are pet owners themselves, so we specialize in pet care and protection during our visit. Examples of this are we always leave all interior doors open inside of the home so that cats can feel safe and have a place to hide. In addition, it is important that they always have safe and private access to their litter boxes, so we are cognizant of the need to provide safety and comfort to pets in the homes that we clean.
We have specific safety standards that we will follow for our visits. We will be sure to be OSHA compliant and use the 16-foot extensions for high to reach areas. This is an excellent approach as it is not only safe but allows a lot of coverage to clean the high cleaning fans and cobs webs that can and usually do form in those high and hard to reach ceiling areas. Also, we provide a list of customizable green or regular cleaning products for our clients to choose from. We interviewed hardwood floor companies and have the very best products for cleaning hardwood floors in addition to preserving your asset so floors do not prematurely age. Our goal and approach will always be safety first and not take a chance on using and known chemical for surface areas. Our regular house cleaning service operates on a weekly, every 2 weeks or 4-week rotation. For every week or 2-week service, we are able to arrive Monday to Friday with 4-week rotations available Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. However, we do not require long-term service contracts and therefore, our clients are free to adjust the frequency we come by to clean. Our biggest strength is quality, we will double check our work before leaving. In addition, we send two-person teams so that they can double check each other’s work before leaving. We have noticed over the years, this has a tremendous impact on quality and consistency so we follow the 2 person crew standard to the letter. Please note that we do have a $10 to $15 per week sliding scale so prices will differ from 2 week rotation versus 4 week rotations.
Our regular house cleaning service is backed by a 24-hour service guarantee in addition to a large and ongoing quality checking and consistent effort. We continually monitor all crews for performance and have active and ongoing quality standards that must be met for our crews to remain on staff. We also have an essentially real-time customer service hotline to assist so that the lines of communication are open.
Before entering into a service relationship, we do request/require that our clients review our company culture and ways that we operate. We do require that communication only be directed to the home office and never to the crew directly. This is essential for preservation or morale for both our clients and crews alike. If there are ever any concerns, our quality audit department will come out to review and be the ‘police’ of the situation and communicate with the crew directly. Thus the crew will be oblivious to any concerns from the client’s perspective and a healthy environment can be preserved. In addition, to our own admission, we work slowly. Our focus is to double check our work and go for quality. For that reason, our 2nd of the day arrival can be anywhere from 10AM to 330PM as variables outside of our control such as an added basement, interior window, oven, refrigerator cleaning can be added. Cleaning conditions, traffic, and scheduling are additional variables that make arrival times during the day unpredictable. For these reasons, we do request/require that any potential new customer review and endorse our commitment to quality pledge before bringing us on. We realize that our style is unique and requires a team effort from both us and our clients in order for it to thrive. As a gesture of thanks, we offer a free lease/rental lockbox program for all of our repeat house cleaning service clients so they do not have to wait on us. Our job is to minimize stress so we are committed to that effort.
