Non Specific Arrival Times
Traffic, rain, changing schedules, assignments that take longer or shorter than expected are all reasons why are unable to commit to specific start times. Not holding us to specific times goes a long way in alleviating stress for you and our house cleaning crews. We are able to control our first arrival of the day at 8AM but do reserve those times on a weekly, bi-weekly and every four weekly visit priority in that order. The second visit of the day is approximately 10AM to 330PM arrival. Estimated arrival times will not be provided so we can focus on quality. Every four week visits take longer so we require Monday thru Wednesday scheduling for those days and may request changing days in order to make certain we have plenty of time.

The residential maid service in Atlanta industry requires customization for each customer. For that reason, we ask that you call in any concerns to the home office so that the management can get to know your concerns/expectations. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can catch the problem as early as possible. Our priority is to resolve any concerns first, no exceptions so your crew will return the very next day if requested. We also would request that a professional distance be kept with the staff. Direct communication regarding scheduling or house cleaning requests can be best executed by notifying the home office.

We do not claim to be perfect. We will listen and rectify any disappointments quickly. We will come out the next day if you feel strongly about an item. Also, we do unannounced quality checks on the house cleaning staff to ensure dedicated, long term service.
We have reserved times for you along with other customers. If you must change your schedule, we ask a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we can plan ahead. Also, if you are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, we ask that if you skip, that we come back and see you at your next regularly scheduled house cleaning visit. We have maximized the logistics for the house cleaners to be in certain areas of the city on certain days. Having to change puts burden on them and can jeopardize our ability to provide the kind of service we would like to due to being stretched too thin.
Periodic Visitation Scheduling Availability
Monthly(every 28 days) and every three week visitations are available Monday – Wednesday. Weekly and every other week visitations are available Monday – Friday depending upon schedule openings. The reason for this is monthly and tri-weekly visits take longer to perform, we want to protect our customer service by never over booking during our highest volume days of Thursday and Friday. We also reserve the right to charge the frequency of service fee appropriate for the time frame between visits to back you back on schedule since it always takes longer to clean a property the longer it is in between visits.
We request payment the same day of service. We also request that you do not use the PayPal service as we are billed 3% fee. We charge a 3% additional fee if the customer uses PayPal. If you forget to leave payment, we request that you mail payment to us at:
